Chad & Bailey

Ryan Meadow - Glacier National Park
When Chad first called me to tell me he wanted to propose to the love of his life, Bailey, with a surprise helicopter ride and he wanted me to be the paparazzi and capture it, I was all in! I knew from the moment I first spoke with him that these two were something special- the kind of love you dream about. A true love story!
They both love Glacier National Park so Chad decided to propose on the outskirts of the park and take a helicopter ride through Glacier after he popped the question!
We came up with a plan to have me hide behind some trees as the two of them pulled up randomly and hopped out of the car to check out the views. Then, out of nowhere, the helicopter landed next to them and that is when Chad got down on one knee and the rest is history!
A year later, I received a call that they were eloping in Glacier National Park and wanted me there to capture the moment- I was so excited to get to be a part of another amazing moment in the lives of these two! They decided to elope in Glacier National Park. The location was set for a meadow just outside of Apgar Village. Before the ceremony they decided to do a first look up The Going to the Sun Road near the Logan Pass summit. The weather was intense- rain, fog and in the 30's when we approached our first look location. But these two couldn't have been more excited! The weather didn't change anything- today two best friends were getting married rain or shine!
They wanted to top this amazing proposal with some EPIC photos of the two of them in Glacier National Park....mission accomplished! Check out their first look and amazingly stunning photos from the day!
After their very emotional first look, we adventured back down the Going to the Sun Road to a few more spectacular locations for photos! As always, Glacier National Park did not disappoint- these two make my job (if you can call it a job) look easy!
One last stop before we headed to Ryan Meadow to make it official. The shores of Lake Mcdonald welcomed us with beautiful fall colors and just enough fog and mist to create the most stunningly dreamy photos!
The ceremony was set for a 6 pm start. The rain had stopped and the fog lifted - and they said their vows along the shores of Lake McDonald surrounded by their closest friends and family! It was a perfect day for a perfect couple who I am certain will live happily ever after.
Chad and Bailey are a lot of fun and up for anything. I loved their laid back approach to life. Laid back does not mean lazy- these two beyond impress me with all they do in life from businesses to family life they are MOTIVATED humans that are a perfect match! I am so excited to watch what more these two accomplish in life! Happy adventuring Chad and Bailey!
